1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

SpesaOK does not require any registration, login, or account creation. The App does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information.

All data you enter into the App — shopping list items, cart entries, prices and quantities — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

1.2 Automatically collected information (AdMob)

SpesaOK displays advertising banners provided by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC. In order to show relevant ads, AdMob may automatically collect certain information from your device, including:

Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
IP address and approximate location
Device type, operating system and language
App usage and interaction data
Diagnostic and crash data

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by AurigaLAB. For more information on how Google uses this data, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's data practices .

2. How We Use Information

AurigaLAB does not collect, store, or process any personal data from SpesaOK users. The only data processing that occurs is handled by Google AdMob for the purpose of displaying advertisements within the App.

Your shopping lists and cart data remain entirely on your device and are used solely to provide the App's functionality.

3. Permissions Used

SpesaOK requests the following Android permissions:

Permission	Purpose
INTERNET	Required by Google AdMob to load and display advertisements.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE	Allows AdMob to check network connectivity before loading ads.
READ_APP_BADGE	Optional. Used to display notification badges on supported launchers.

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, files, or any other sensitive device resources.

4. Data Storage and Security

All app data (shopping lists, cart items, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Android's built-in storage mechanisms. This data is:

Never transmitted to AurigaLAB's servers
Never shared with third parties by AurigaLAB
Automatically deleted when you uninstall the App
Accessible only by the App itself

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party service:

Google AdMob

Operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
AdMob is used to display banner advertisements within the App. Google may use the Advertising ID and other information to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

6. Children's Privacy

SpesaOK is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App's advertising is configured to serve non-personalized ads in compliance with Google's policies for apps that may be used by children.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Right of access — you can request a copy of your data
Right to erasure — you can delete your data at any time by uninstalling the App
Right to object — you can opt out of personalized advertising via device settings

Since AurigaLAB does not collect or store any personal data, most GDPR rights are automatically satisfied. For data processed by Google AdMob, please refer to Google's GDPR resources.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
